Wine Cocktails

MimoSEA (Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc)

Add equal parts of the above to a champagne flute (or glass of your choice). Enjoy!


  • Contempo Prosecco
  • Vodka
  • Your favorite Pomegranate juice (we recommend using juice NOT from concentrate – better flavor and healthier for you)
  • One muddle lime wedge

In a cocktail glass muddle one lime wedge, then combine 1 part Contempo Prosecco, 1 part Pomegranate juice, and 1 shot of Vodka. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Summer Salt

Add equal parts of the above to your favorite tumbler (12-16 oz.) or high ball glass, over ice and garnish with a lime wedge.

Optional: add a splash of Vodka or Gin if you’re feeling spunky!

In a champagne flute, add a splash of fresh watermelon juice, top it off with Sea Salt Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc, and mint leaf.



  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1 & 1/2 fresh squeezed lime
  • A dash of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro
  • 1 shot of tequila
  • 2 shots of spring water
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 2 shots of contempo Moscato

Put all of the ingredients in a blender except for the Moscato. Pour mixture in to your most festive glass, and top off the blend with the contempo Moscato. Stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Sea Salty Dog

Combine the Vodka, equal parts of the Sea Salt and Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice in a cocktail glass.

Optional: Salt the rim of your glass and garnish with a wedge of grapefruit.

Contempo Mojito

  • Rum (clear)
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Fresh squeezed lime juice
  • optional Pure cane sugar (this is very the extra sweet version only)
  • Green grapes
  • contempo Prosecco

In a high ball glass (or tall glass) muddle mint, add 1 oz. of lime juice, a small amount of sugar (if using), and around 3-4 grapes for a floating garnish ONLY ~ do not muddle. Then, ad 1.5 oz. of Rum and top off with contempo Prosecco. Garnish glass with a lime wedge.
